How long until we go live?
A typical single-branch deployment goes live in 45–60 days across our five delivery phases. Multi-branch groups launch in waves, region by region, so the business never stops. Complex custom platforms are scheduled per the signed scope.
Is the platform ready for Saudi VAT and Arabic?
Yes — 15% VAT invoicing, tax reports and Arabic financial statements are foundations of every deployment, not add-ons. Interfaces are fully bilingual with native RTL, and Hijri dates and Ramadan operating hours are supported out of the box.
Where is our data hosted, and who owns it?
You choose: Saudi-resident cloud, your own servers, or your preferred cloud provider. Because the stack is open source, you own the platform and the data outright — there are no per-user license fees and no vendor lock-in. AI modules run on your infrastructure; your data never trains third-party models.
What does the AI call center actually do?
A bilingual Arabic/English AI agent answers your phone, WhatsApp and web chat around the clock: it takes orders that post straight into your POS/ERP, books appointments against live calendars, answers menu or service questions, and hands off to a human by rules you define. You receive transcripts, summaries and analytics for every conversation.
What happens after launch?
Launch is the midpoint, not the end. You get an intensive hyper-care period with STRX engineers, then a written SLA (P1 response in 30 minutes) covering support, maintenance, backups and updates — plus a roadmap of improvements as your operation grows.
